Muir Monday...not on Monday...again

"The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness."

I think I'm going to have to start calling these postings simply Muir. I am yet to grace your eyes with a Muir Monday blog post on an actual Monday...secretly, I just like to watch the world burn.

So as I sit here, winding down an epic adventure and nearing the brink of all yours bedtimes, I am frantically rushing to find some images to present to you. It's a struggle, a good struggle, but still a struggle none-the-less, to comb through the 500+ gorgeous images of the beautiful Yosemite National Park that I had the pleasure to swing in to today.

For all of you that have never been blessed with the grace of entering YNP through the south entrance...this is what you're missing. It is absolutely breathtaking and the sense of vertigo is almost overwhelming.

The best part about it all, was that on this random Wednesday in the middle of January, the park was completely empty. It was nice to have the whole park to ourselves.

And that's all folks! These spontanious, random trips are some of the best to take, and it was probably my top Yosemite trip to date.
